Dr. Diana Corley

DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Dr. Diana Corley is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of healthcare experience. She has broad experience in a multitude of settings to include primary and hospice care, bariatric management, academia, and geriatrics. Dr. Corley has served the families of Avoyelles Parish in the long-term care setting alongside Dr. E.J Kalifey since 2013. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College (1999), Masters of Science in Nursing from Graceland University (2007), and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northwestern State University (2018). Additionally, she has the honor of serving our Nation’s warfighters and military families as a Commander in the United States Navy Reserve.

Primary Care practice started in Aug 2017 providing primary care to long-term residents of nursing facilities throughout Avoyelles Parish. Services expanded to providing medical care to residents at Compass Behavioral in Marksville with its' opening in 2019 and then again with the construction of the stand-alone clinic in Center Point in late 2019 and officially opened in Jun 2020.
